You may save The KinderArt Club pdf files to your computer or print The KinderArt Club pdf files for your use when teaching art lessons in a non-school environment. This includes lessons taught in: libraries, art studios, after-school programs, summer camps, art galleries.

You may not use KinderArt Club images in your promotional materials (websites, posters, social media accounts, etc.).
You may not alter KinderArt Club lessons or handouts by adding your name.

You may use KinderArt Club content online, but only in private online platforms that you can control.
If your classroom or LMS is password protected, meaning only staff and/or students/parents have access through password protected logins, then yes, you may post KinderArt Club materials (worksheets, video links, samples, etc.). However, if your school/studio website is public, then sharing KinderArt Club materials is a violation of our terms and conditions and therefore not permitted.
Examples of password protected learning management systems might include: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Canvas, Google Classroom, etc.
You must ensure that your accounts are set up so that the KinderArt Club content may not be shared outside of your direct interaction with your students.
You may not share KinderArt Club content using Facebook or Instagram Lives, YouTube videos, public websites, school websites, email accounts and/or private Facebook groups.

You may not use our images to promote your art classes as they are protected by copyright.
If you recreate a KinderArt Club lesson, you may use that image, however, you may not claim ownership of the lesson idea. See Attribution below.

While you are free to use KinderArt Club lessons/content in your classroom or studio, you are not, under any circumstances permitted to offer your services using the KinderArt or KinderArt Club name. This includes, but is not limited to advertising and or/offering classes, workshops, courses, etc. as “KinderArt”, “KinderArts”, “KinderArtists”.
KinderArt ® is a Registered Trademark.
The valid registration of a trademark in respect of any wares or services gives to the owner of the trademark registration the exclusive right to the use the trademark in respect of those wares or services. This right is deemed to be infringed by a person not entitled to the registered trademark, who sells, distributes or advertises wares or services in association with a confusing trademark or trade name.
A name that looks, sounds or suggests similar ideas as KinderArt may not, under any circumstances be used if it is likely to cause confusion with KinderArt.
Likely to cause confusion refers to the probability that a similarity between names could lead the public to believe they are one business, or related businesses, when they are not.

You may not use KinderArt Club lesson plans/materials to teach classes on Outschool or other online learning property.

KinderArt Club memberships are offered to individuals only, and as such login information and/or content may not be shared.
You may not share KinderArt Club pdf files digitally, nor may you sell or otherwise distribute the printed copies with others.

If you post student artwork created as a result of following our teaching materials, you must acknowledge The KinderArt Club and give credit to KinderArt or The KinderArt Club as the creator of the lesson(s).
